Stefanie Lee grew up in Marin County and has lived around the Bay Area her whole life. She has a BA in psychology from UCSC and received her CMT training and certification from Diamond Light School of Massage & Healing Arts in San Anselmo, CA and McKinnon Body Therapy Center in Oakland, CA. Stefanie has always worked closely with people and strives to provide a supportive, nurturing and healing space for everyone she engages with. She was always the one friend in the group giving massages and decided in 2021 to finally dive into bodywork. Stefanie is excited about expanding her knowledge with the healing power of Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage by Luciana Andrus and working with the amazing team at Just For You Bodywork Massage! She enjoys long walks on the beach, camping, books, and knitting.

Performed after surgery to help the entire process of healing. It is normal and expected that after surgery the body gets swollen. This technique will help increase and boost lymph flow, consequently increasing immune function. Harmful substances are removed from the tissues and neutralized in the nodes. After surgery, Post Op Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage ™ is extremely recommended by surgeons in order to remove the excess lymph fluid, decrease inflammation, reduce bruising, and alleviate the swelling lessening discomfort.

Note: This treatment can have a truly positive impact on the patient. A minimum of 12 sessions is recommended. Please plan your post-op treatments one month prior to your surgery date, as the first session should be scheduled for the day after the surgical procedure and we do get booked 3-4 weeks in advance.
The 12 sessions should be scheduled as follows: 3 Sessions per week in the first four weeks following surgical procedure.
